Franklin A. Carcamo

Franklin A. Carcamo joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in October 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Corporate Associate at a leading international law firm in New York City, where he focused his practice on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, contract drafting and review, and a wide range of other transactional matters.

Mr. Carcamo earned his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law (“Syracuse Law”), his B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and is currently pursuing his LL.M. in Securities & Financial Regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center. During his time at Syracuse Law, he served as an Executive Editor on the Syracuse Law Review, Vice-President of the Latin American Law Students Association, inducted into the Justinian Honor Society, and was elected to the Order of the Coif for his distinguished record of scholastic achievement at the College of Law. 

Mr. Carcamo is admitted to practice in New York, and is a member of the American, Hispanic National, New York State, and Albany County Bar Associations. He is also a native Spanish speaker.

Mr. Carcamo is looking forward to the opportunity to make a positive and productive contribution to the Saratoga County community and beyond, including ways to increase diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. When not practicing law, he enjoys traveling, hiking and playing tennis.
