Elizabeth A. Marcuccio

Elizabeth A. Marcuccio received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School in 1990 and her B.S. in Accounting, with honors, from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1982.  Ms. Marcuccio is also a Certified Public Accountant.  She practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and elder law.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the North East Academy of Legal Studies in Business.

Prior to attending law school Ms. Marcuccio worked in the field of accounting, holding the positions of auditor, tax specialist and controller.  She is currently a Professor of Business Law at Siena College, teaching classes in the Legal Environment of Business and Estate Planning & Taxation.  Ms. Marcuccio has published numerous legal articles in regional, national and international journals.  She is also a frequent presenter at academic and professional conferences.
